Prajwal’s aspirations and sensitivity to spiritual practices led him to begin Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga under the guidance of his teacher Kushal Ram. He soon realized that Yoga would be his path. He has also trained under BNS Iyengar who is a direct student of legendary Guru Krishnamacharya. Prajwal has been trained in Ashtanga Yoga Primary,
